True weapons
Iron skill involves iron hand, iron palm, iron body, iron head, and all other methods of making the body hard as steel and invulnerable to injury. Your hands and feet are your primary weapons in martial arts, so you want to protect them from injuries. If during a fight you break your hand, chances are you will lose that fight if you don't run fast. I'ts for this reason we train in the iron methods. The power to smash stone and brick can be even more devestating on the body of your oponent. And in a life or death situation, it could make all the difference.
This section is all about the tools you need to train. I will do my best to teach you how to train your hands to become like sledge hammers, but without the deformation you have seen on many others.

This image is an example or iron skill. Both head and hand.

The training
The training takes roughly 4 months time before you should attempt breaking. Doing so before the time is right can result in a nasty injury and ruining all the hard work you have done.
You'll need a few suplies, which can be bought right here on this site. And you will need to set aside atleast a half hour a day about the same time everyday for the training. The more time you have the faster you will progress, within reason. There is such a thing as over training. An hour is optimum. I make everything myself and use these very same items in my own training.

Materials needed
You will be using 2 different bags in your training. Each with a different filler. The first bag you will use for the entire training. Alone at first, then as a warm up bag prior to the more advanced bag. Some prefer to teach in steps of 3 bags, and some in as many as 6. I prefer to use only the 2 bags in my training and have found them just as effective if not more so than other methods.
Instructions on the training procedure will come with each set of materials and feel free to ask me anything you may be unclear on. Im happy to help and want to make sure your training goes smoothely.
